SHIPPING & HANDLING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

All our garments are shipped out from Tasmania, Australia within 2-3 business days of purchase.

All items are shipped by via Australia Post in compostable satchels.

We use regular domestic postage which includes tracking.

Postage costs are charged according to the total/final weight of the parcel containing your purchased item/s.

Please note that Deer & Sparrow is not responsible for any parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen once posted and in the hands of Australia Post. This includes any Australia Post delays due to unforeseen circumstances. If you find yourself in any of the above situations we recommend you submit an enquiry/contact Australia Post as soon as possible.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & HANDLING

We currently offer international shipping to the United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, Norway & Pakistan with the hope that we will be able to offer international shipping to additional countries as the need arises.

NOTE: It is the purchaser/recipients responsibility to cover the cost of any customs taxes incurred by their country.

Unfortunately due certain restrictions and high costs of insurance we are unable to offer international shipping to the United States or Canada.

THE BEAUTY OF VINTAGE & REPURPOSED FABRICS

I have taken great care to ensure your product is as high quality as it is beautiful, but please remember that many of the fabrics we use are repurposed/secondhand and may show minor signs of their former life adding to their charm.

If you feel for some reason your garment is not as it was described or pictured please feel free to contact me as soon as possible and I will work with you to find a happy resolution for all involved.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

It’s my aim for you to be 100% happy with your purchase and love your garment as much as I do but I also understand that in some rare instances a received garment may not meet a customers expectations in some way. In these instances, I am happy to accept exchanges on all full priced items only if the below conditions are met and followed.

  • Contact me as soon as possible if you wish to make an exchange. I will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as I possibly can with you. Due to the nature of my business, if I am unable to exchange the item in a timely manner I will be happy to offer a credit note as an alternative.

  • Garments being exchanged must be in the same condition received.. unworn, unwashed and with all tags still in place.

  • Garments must be return posted to me within 7 days of receiving your order via regular tracked postage.

  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for the return shipping costs.

  • Once I receive the garment back I will organise the exchange or credit note as per communicated.

  • Exchanges and credit notes are only applicable on full priced items.

*Please note that Deer & Sparrow has the right to reject a return if the above criteria is not met.

Unfortunately due to being quite a small business I do not offer refunds on unwanted items as I just don’t have the capacity to do so.
